Jan 30, 2026 | News

We are thrilled to announce that Prof Dan Crisan, the Director of the Centre for Doctoral Training (CDT) & PI at Imperial College London, and Prof Jennifer, Scott  the Director of the CDT at Reading University, and Prof Darryl Holm, the cohort mentor at Imperial, have been appointed as Fellows of the Academy for the Mathematical Sciences.

The fellowship reflects their outstanding contributions to the field of mathematics, as well as their ongoing dedication to advancing mathematical research. The Academy for the Mathematical Sciences is a renowned institution that acknowledges leading figures in mathematical research and education, and we couldn’t be prouder to see our colleagues receive such an honour. Their work continues to inspire the next generation of scientists and mathematicians, and the mission of MFC CDT to create the world-class research in mathematics and its applications.

Many congratulations to Dan, Jennifer, and Darryl on this well-deserved achievement. We look forward to their continued contributions to the MFC CDT and the wider mathematical community.
